Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the North American market. This fully remote role requires you to be located within the United States and aligned with EST or CST time zones for collaboration.

You will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, and engage prospects to qualify leads while collaborating with the sales team to build effective outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales with a proven target track record.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, email, and social sell to generate qualified leads.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in North America.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales to develop campaigns and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions and activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline.
