Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North American market. This fully remote role is ideal for outbound-focused professionals who can uncover new business, qualify leads, and set up meetings with decision-makers across the SaaS space.

You will research target accounts, conduct cold calls and email outreach, collaborate with sales and marketing, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with ability to engage over phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and key decision-makers in the North American market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, social selling to generate and qualify leads.
• Engage prospects to understand needs and communicate value of products/services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and activities.
