Hostaway, a leading vacation rental management platform, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the North American market. This fully remote role requires you to be based in the US and within EST or CST to collaborate effectively with the team and customers.

You will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, and engage prospects to qualify leads, then work with the sales team to convert opportunities and exceed monthly targets.

Formación

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales setting.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential clients and decision-makers in the North American market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition of Hostaway products.
• Collaborate with sales team to run targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and track activities to meet engagement and pipeline targets.
