Job summary

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental management platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth across the North American market. This fully remote role requires you to be based in the United States and aligned with EST or CST for collaboration.

As an SDR, you will identify target accounts, conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and work with the sales team to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and decision-makers in North America.
• Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, social selling.
• Understand client needs and articulate value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales to execute campaigns and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meetings and pipeline targets.
