Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our Genius and other payments solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. This role is field-focused, requiring extensive travel and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.

You’ll prospect, present, and close deals, leveraging a consultative approach to help merchants streamline payments, enhance operations, and boost customer loyalty. Join a global team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, SaaS/fintech or merchant services preferred.
• Must be comfortable presenting face-to-face and virtually.
• High energy, self-motivated and results-driven with a team mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners quickly.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative presentations in-person and virtual to show how Genius helps streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in short cycles.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and client communications.
