Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will prospect in the field, present in person or virtually, and close deals with a focus on fast cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with SaaS/fintech or merchant services background.
• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits and ROI.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close deals within short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce and related systems.
