Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the top of the sales pipeline, finding and qualifying new B2B leads and coordinating outbound campaigns.

You should have 1–2 years in B2B lead generation or SDR, experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce). Strong written English for cold outreach and weekly reporting are essential.

• Evidence of hitting lead or meeting targets.
• Strong written English for cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Qualify leads against criteria before handover to sales.
• Keep CRM records accurate and complete.
• Report weekly on activity, reply rates and qualified leads.
