SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to support our U.S. market operations.

This remote role from the Philippines involves contacting existing database customers, validating information, identifying decision-makers, and qualifying prospects for equipment replacements, upgrades, and campaigns. You will maintain CRM records, follow approved scripts, and set qualified appointments for the sales team during U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound telemarketing, B2B lead generation, or appointment setting experience targeting North American markets.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication with a clear neutral accent for U.S. clients.
• Experience using Salesmate CRM or similar outbound dialing tools and sales CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling: target 60–80 outbound calls daily to U.S. lists.
• Manage databases and lead details in CRM, recording validations and dispositions.
• Qualify prospects using scripts, rules, and criteria to identify decision-makers.
• Schedule and hand over qualified appointments with detailed contact info to sales teams.
• Maintain call logs for weekly/monthly reporting on volumes, outcomes and booked appointments.
