Inside Out Hiring seeks an experienced Appointment Setter to work remotely with our client, a fast-growing custom retail display and brand experience firm. You will partner with the President to scale outbound prospecting and pipeline growth, focusing on C-suite, VP, and Director-level targets with a consultative approach.

Successful candidates will demonstrate 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales, fluency in English, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales development or appointment-setting experience.
• Proven success opening doors with C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers.
• Flawless native-level English with a polished professional tone.
• Hands-on experience using CRMs to manage pipelines (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Outbound pipeline generation targeting executive decision-makers via cold outreach, phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct consultative outreach to uncover business pain points and schedule discovery meetings.
• Schedule high-value discovery meetings with qualified accounts.
• Execute persistent, professional follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM with clearly documented next steps.
• Participate in weekly sales strategy meetings to refine messaging.
