Prime BPM Europe is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to focus on the North American market. You will initiate outbound calls to potential leads to secure discovery meetings for our Sales team, acting as the critical first link in the sales cycle.

The role combines traditional cold calling with modern online outreach, requires strong communication, independence, and a structured approach with clear targets.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of appointment-setting via cold calling.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services in North American markets.
• Ability to articulate the company value proposition and identify customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound cold calls to Senior Executives in North America using an automated dialer.
• Build relationships and qualify prospects to identify needs.
• Set up qualified meetings between prospects and Enterprise Account Managers.
• Communicate product and service capabilities clearly to prospects.
• Manage relationships to identify high-value pain points and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospects via email and phone to keep them warm.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
• Report sales results to the SDR Manager.
