US Technology Company is seeking an experienced Senior SDR to drive outbound prospecting for US-based IT services. This fully remote role is hosted from the Philippines and aligned with US Eastern business hours.

You will directly execute cold calls, qualify opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments. We value self-motivation and independence: you will own the prospecting process, research contacts, and optimize scripts and campaigns using tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven B2B outbound cold-calling experience.
• Proven success booking qualified sales appointments.
• Excellent spoken English and confident telephone communication.
• Experience with prospecting tools and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and own the prospecting process.
• MSP, cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily outbound cold calls to US business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify prospective customers, build targeted calling lists, and research contacts.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with genuinely interested prospects.
• Recommend and help implement prospecting tools such as Apollo or ZoomInfo.
• Develop and improve calling scripts, outreach campaigns, and follow-up processes.
• Independently manage your prospecting pipeline and CRM activities.
• Track performance, identify problems, and proactively improve results.
