Job summary

TriNet seeks a Sales Consultant to drive growth by pursuing new prospects and building a strong book of business within a multi-state territory. You will quantify TriNet’s value through access to payroll, benefits, and HR services.

You will prospect, meet with prospective clients including C-level executives, write proposals, gain approvals, and present solutions to midmarket businesses with 5-99 employees. This role supports a remote-friendly environment with a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years in B2B complex sales preferred.
• PEO experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build a book of business through prospecting and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual territory plan to hit targets.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities and advance deals to close.
• Present proposals to C-level executives and decision makers.
• Utilize Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo for daily activities.
• Achieve quota targets and complete administrative tasks.
