Distro is hiring a B2B Sales Executive for HCM solutions. This remote, full-time role targets clients across multiple states, focusing on HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, leveraging broker and referral networks to drive revenue.

Expect a negotiable base salary with uncapped commissions and a nine-month ramp-up. The role includes comprehensive benefits and robust onboarding/training to accelerate performance.

Qualificações

• Experience prospecting and closing B2B deals in a tech or HR domain.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with brokers, COIs, and referral partners.
