Distro is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive HCM solutions sales across multiple states. This remote, full-time role targets business clients and partners with brokers and COIs to build a robust pipeline.

You will consult on HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce solutions while expanding revenue within your territory. Successful candidates will navigate enterprise opportunities, with a negotiable base salary and uncapped commissions, plus a 9-month ramp-up and strong onboarding to accelerate
