Distro is seeking a driven enterprise sales professional in the United States to accelerate growth for its Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You’ll prospect, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and partner with brokers to generate leads, while guiding clients on HR, payroll, benefits, and solutions.

The role features a negotiable base salary of $95,000-$100,000 plus uncapped commissions and a strong ramp-up plan.
