Job summary

Distro is seeking a driven sales professional to prospect, close, and nurture long-term relationships across the U.S. and internationally. The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and residual income potential in a hybrid work setup within the Dallas area.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, engage with C-level decision-makers, and build strong referral channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HCM, PEO, payroll, SaaS, or related industry preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience building referral partnerships and networks.
• Ability to engage and sell to executives and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
• Execute a strategic go-to-market sales approach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Consultative sales approach and presentations to C-level stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to support deal strategy and client onboarding.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
