Distro is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to sell HCM solutions across MO, IL, IN, CA, MA, TN, TX, NY. This remote, full-time role targets the U.S. market and offers a negotiable base salary with uncapped commissions plus a 9-month ramp-up.

You will prospect, build executive relationships, and work with brokers and referral partners to generate leads. You’ll consult on HR, payroll, benefits, and HCM offerings, driving revenue growth in your territory.
