Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Mobility, is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to join our remote team. You will provide automotive technical support and advise Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors on scheduled maintenance, wear items, and pricing, reviewing repair orders for manufacturer guidelines and proper service intervals.

The role is fully remote, with work from home in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; dealership or repair facility preferred.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email, efficiently and courteously.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services per manufacturers' intervals and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, apply warranties, and create purchase orders per procedures.
• Contact clients to explain procedures and gain approval.
• Make cost-reduction and repair recommendations to internal partners.
• Locate and suggest appropriate service locations for clients.
