Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide automotive technical support to fleet groups, clients, and vendors. This full-time, remote role is based in the Charlotte, NC area and supports scheduled maintenance decisions.

You will review repair orders for manufacturer requirements, negotiate service intervals and pricing, and obtain approvals. The role includes weekend/evening differentials and ASE certification bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live in the Charlotte, NC area or surrounding counties.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; shop or dealership preferred.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred; ASE certifications preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders via phone and email.
• Review repair proposals for manufacturer interval requirements and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and apply warranties; create and issue purchase orders.
• Contact clients to explain procedures and obtain approval.
• Advise internal partners on repair recommendations and costs.
• Identify suitable service locations for clients.
