Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide automotive technical support to fleet management groups, clients, and vendors.

You will review repair orders, negotiate service intervals, fluids, and pricing before approval while supporting 100% from your home in the Raleigh, NC area. This full-time position offers weekday hours, potential weekend/evening differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility or dealership preferred.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must meet all work from home technical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' interval-based timing and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, assess and apply proper warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders.
• Contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed repair procedures and gain approval.
• Make recommendations to internal partners regarding repair recommendations and cost.
• Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients.
