Qualifications

• Must live in Raleigh area or surrounding NC counties.
• Six months of customer service and automotive maintenance experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services according to manufacturer interval-based timing.
• Negotiate pricing and apply warranty while issuing purchase orders.
