Job summary
Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, seeks an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to oversee a growing dealer portfolio. The role combines sales leadership, servicing excellence, and risk management for automotive floorplans from a remote Pittsburgh base.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Travel: >75% with some overnight travel required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
- Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and address issues raised by clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve experience.
- Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
