Job summary

Westlake Flooring is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager for Pittsburgh, PA, with remote work possibilities. You will build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships, sign new dealer partners, drive sales, and ensure top-notch servicing while managing associated risks.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the automotive industry, finance and risk concepts, and proven client relationship skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience in finance, sales, account management and/ or collections.
Knowledge of automotive industry financial practices and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand financing needs.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and address issues or concerns from clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
Monitor dealership conditions and performance and maintain risk assessment models.
