Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio from a remote base. You will sign dealers, drive sales, service accounts, and manage risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role demands automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and proven relationship-building capabilities. Travel will be frequent to support dealership partners nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections required
• Ability to travel >75% with overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and present financing solutions
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services
• Oversee servicing of portfolio and monitor repayment trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant processes and customer experience
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions
