Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio, drive sales, ensure high service levels, and monitor risk across the portfolio.

This remote/field role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. Travel >75% with mileage reimbursement and a performance-based compensation package including a base salary of $50,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections.
• Willingness to travel >75% and ability to travel, fly and drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models and ensure compliance.
