Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio across the United States. The role focuses on signing dealers, driving sales, servicing accounts, and controlling risks in a remote-capable environment.

The ideal candidate blends automotive industry experience with strong financial acumen, client relations, and advanced Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections
• Willing to travel Greater than 75% with some overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Oversee the servicing of the portfolio, monitor performance, and address issues.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
