Job summary
Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, ensure servicing quality, and manage risks.
This role requires deep automotive knowledge, financial acumen, and strong relationship skills, with much travel and remote collaboration. The ideal candidate has a background in finance or sales, excels at client engagement, and can operate independently in a remote
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field with 3+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and financial concepts.
- Willingness to travel >75% and ability to travel, fly, drive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
- Build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and financing solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage associated risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
