Qualificações

• Approximately 3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics.
• High-school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostics and repairs for pre-sale and warranty vehicles.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limits per department and industry standards.
• Document all actions and communications with shops and customers in internal systems.
• Navigate department resources to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
• Manage assigned pending claims and provide timely follow-up with repair facilities.
