Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Claims Adjudicator to validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostic and repair recommendations on pre-sale and customer warranty vehicles. You will document actions, communicate with shops, and ensure compliance with department processes.

The role requires automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Work-from-home options are available with a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, and labor guides.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
• Solutions-oriented approach to claims adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates and approves payment for diagnostics and repairs for pre-sale and warranty vehicles within approved limits.
• Notates all actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems.
• Navigates department resources to follow processes and policies.
• Manages list of assigned pending claims and provides timely follow-up with repair facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
