Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a claims adjudicator to validate and approve payments for diagnostics and pre-sale repairs on customer vehicles under warranty. You will work with repair facilities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to policy.

The role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, and shop practices.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates claims with repair facilities to validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostics and repairs.
• Notates all actions in internal systems with proper documentation.
• Navigate resources to follow department processes and policies.
• Manage assigned pending claims and follow up with repair facilities to close claims.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
