DriveTime is seeking a Claims Adjudicator to validate and approve payments for diagnostics and warranty repairs, coordinating with repair facilities to ensure timely, compliant decisions. The role emphasizes attention to documentation, process adherence, and effective communication across teams.

Ideal candidates will have automotive knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides, and shop procedures.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient typing and general computer skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Solutions-oriented approach.

Mansioni

• Adjudicate and approve payments for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty.
• Properly adjudicate claims within approval limits and in line with department and industry standards.
• Document all actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems.
• Navigate resources to adhere to department processes and policies.
• Manage assigned list of pending claims and follow up with repair facilities.
