Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a qualified claims professional to validate and adjudicate diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale and customer vehicles under warranty. This remote-friendly role requires automotive knowledge, strong communication, and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics.
• Must be comfortable with working from home in an approved city/state and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limit and according to standards.
• Notate actions and interactions in internal systems with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with repair facilities to ensure timely claim decisions.
• Manage list of pending claims and provide timely follow-up with shops.
