DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an experienced auto claims adjuster to validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostics and pre-sale repairs. This full-time role offers work from home with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will work with repair facilities, document actions in internal systems, and follow department policies. A high-school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, plus 3+ years in automotive diagnostics.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of automotive systems, parts pricing, and repair procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
