DriveTime is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage diagnostics adjudication and payments for warranty-related repairs from a home office. Candidates should have strong automotive knowledge and the ability to document interactions within internal systems.

Applicants need ~3+ years in automotive mechanics/diagnostics, a high school diploma, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work-from-home setup.

Competenze

• High-school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• ~3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop procedures/practices.
• Proficient in typing and general computer skills.

Mansioni

• Validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limits and in accordance with department and industry standards.
• Notate all actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems with proper documentation.
• Navigate department resources to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
• Manage list of assigned pending claims and provide timely follow-up with repair facilities.
