Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks a skilled Finance/Sales professional to grow and manage dealer partnerships within the automotive floorplan space. You will drive sales, oversee servicing, and monitor risk while communicating across cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role requires strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work remotely with dealers across multiple states. A BA/BS plus 3+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Deep knowledge of the automotive finance sector.
• Strong financial acumen with familiarity with financing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire/retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor risk and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
