Westlake Services, LLC is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to develop and maintain relationships with dealership clients in California. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and knowledge of the automotive industry, alongside excellent interpersonal skills. This remote role requires a BA/BS degree and offers a competitive base salary with bonuses, commissions, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans. Travel will exceed 75%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio.
