Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will drive sales, oversee servicing of accounts, and manage related risks in a remote-capable role.

The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel nationally. This senior role requires building client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize financing solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections
• Willingness to travel >75% with some overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dealer client acquisition strategies.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
