Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio from Bloomington, IN, with remote work flexibility. You will sign dealers, drive sales, service accounts, and manage associated risks while nurturing client relationships.

The ideal candidate has deep automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Travel up to 75%+ with overnight stays.
• Experience in finance, sales, account management and/ or collections preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
• Identify growth opportunities by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Floorplan Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance; travel as required.
