Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of dealer clients, signing dealerships, driving sales, and ensuring service quality from a remote location in Midland, TX. You will lead risk assessments and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with a BA/BS and 3+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections, and willing to travel 75%+

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3+ years of related experience (or equivalent).
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel >75% with potential overnight travel; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Monitor dealership risk and compliance with company policies.
