Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to service auto loan accounts under 30 days delinquent and document activities in loan servicing software. In-office roles are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with California-based remote work available for eligible employees.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and are comfortable with FDCPA and regulatory requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in collections, preferably in subprime lending.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow FDCPA and company policies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers.
• Help borrowers keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
