Qualifications

• 5+ years in the collections field, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply FDCPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative methods.
• Assist borrowers in devising strategies to keep their vehicle.
• Accurately document account information and collection activities.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
