Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (60 Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 60 days delinquent. The role documents all collection activities and uses loan servicing software.

In-office positions are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with California-based remote work for eligible employees. 5+ years in collections and strong negotiation skills are required, with bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably in subprime consumer lending.
• Reinstatements experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative payment methods.
• Assist borrowers in devising a strategy to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• perform other duties as assigned.
