Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to service auto loan accounts under 30 days delinquent and document all collection activities using loan servicing software.

The role requires 1+ year of collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate FDCPA and related regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a fast-paced environment and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of collections experience, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA and other regulations.
• Professional, tactful communication with borrowers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Follow company policies and FDCPA requirements.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers develop plans to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Accurately document account information and collection activities.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
