Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (90+ Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent. The role uses loan servicing software and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication.

In-office positions are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with California-based remote work possible for eligible applicants. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with FDCPA while helping borrowers stay

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply FDCPA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce company policies and FDCPA requirements.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and suggest alternative payment methods.
• Assist borrowers in strategies to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
