Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is hiring an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to service auto loan accounts under 30 days delinquent. This in-office role covers Santa Ana, CA, Ontario, CA, and Fort Worth, TX, with remote options for AZ and NV.

You will negotiate repayment plans, document activities, and ensure compliance with FDCPA and state laws while helping borrowers stay in their vehicles. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in collections, preferably subprime auto loans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to read and apply FDCPA, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and FDCPA requirements in all collection activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and suggest methods to meet obligations.
• Help borrowers develop strategies to keep their vehicle while paying the loan.
• Document account activity accurately and professionally.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
