Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (90+ Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent and document collection activities using loan servicing software. The in-office roles are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with California-based remote work for eligible employees.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and are bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ year(s) of experience in collections, preferably subprime lending.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
