CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims remotely. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, explain policy terms, and guide members through the claims process from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of customer facing virtual experience.
• Ability to train and perform remotely and meet work-from-home requirements.
• 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible to work any shift within 24/7 operating hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Handle a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Open claims and obtain required information and loss details from insured and others.
• Explain policy coverages and recommended actions to customers.
• Document files, send correspondence and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
