Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is recruiting for an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims in a remote setting. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, explain decisions, and manage the claims process with insureds, witnesses, and repair facilities.

The role offers paid virtual training, 6 weeks long, and requires 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment. A flexible, remote-first workplace is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 2 years of experience in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work any shift during 24/7 operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to explain insurance terminology in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverages and liability decisions to customers.
• Manage diary system and inventory of claims to ensure timely resolutions.
• Open claims and obtain required information from insured, claimants and others.
• Communicate with customers, repair facilities and other adjusters; keep members informed of claim status.
