Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote claims team. You will negotiate with repair shops, manage charges, and support body shops and storage partners.

This full-time, remote role offers hourly pay between $26.00 and $31.00, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and a startup-like culture focused on efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
