Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will negotiate with repair shops, review CCC estimates, and help settle charges while delivering excellent client service in the auto claims space.

This position offers hourly pay between $26 and $31, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility of remote work. Success requires strong negotiation, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a startup-like team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
